Wrigley Field seating question??????

I want to purchase tickets for a concert but I only want to spend up to $250 all together for 2 tickets. Has anyone ever sat in the Infield Upper Deck Reserved Section (527 - row 6) Is it good seating??? Could you reccomend better seats for my price range? thanks
