Are yankee stadium grandstand seats really bad?

I plan on going to a met yankee game but as you can probably imagine the seat pricing for a met yankee game is very expensive. So it would be our first time going to see the new yankee stadium stadium. We dont care too much about the actual game, i mean sure were going to watch it but were only going to a met game cause my brothers girlfriends in town and hes a mets fan and we want to really see the stadium, but im a yankee fan, So are the grandstand seats really bad? I think the infield ones look good but we are considering outfield sect. 433. are they worth 40 bucks each? and how bad are the seats? can you see?
