Kitten Cleaning Issue?

My kitten is now about 10 weeks old, and she's fine in every respect apart from she doesn't really groom her rear end, so she tends to smell a bit. I've had several cats before, and have never encountered this problem. She's eating well, had her first injection, and generally is very bouncy. I bought some cleaning wipes and have been doing her paws (which also smell a bit sometimes) and her rear, but will she soon start to clean herself?
