Should I wear an athletic cup for baseball?

I'm on a team and we play with mainly 12-13 year olds, but some of the times we play with freaking huge 6 foot tall people who hit rockets! I play the infield. I've never gotten hit directly there, but I feel "safer" with it on. Should I wear a cup?
