Why does this girl act this way? Need advice?

She most likely just wanted the attention. Some people have mental issues were they need attention to feel wanted or needed in this world and that could have been the case were she was getting flirtatious with you. Perhaps she was getting the attention she craved from her boyfriend and she sought out to get it from someone else. Most likely if she even cared about you she would talk to you again.
