Fundamentalist, Is the point of the story of the Loaves & Fishes about God's Miracles or people sharing? Why?

I believe it's about trusting God for everything. Jesus had to explain again to some who witnessed it that they are "ye of little faith" and remind them that God fed them, and did it twice.
