With food prices rising so much lately -what do you find to still be 'cheap'? (If anything!)?

We're almost self sufficient now as we grow our own veg,fruit and herbs,have chickens that give us eggs which we can also swap for milk from our neighbours.I bake my own bread,cakes etc too.For meat and fish I like to buy locally so there's not a lot left.
