Can my 11 week old puppy go in my garden after her first injections? ?

My little yorkie puppy of 11 weeks had her first injection last week, I was just wondering can she go in the garden, I have no other dogs, but I do have 4 bunny rabbits, all vaccinated and very healthy, they spend most of there time in the whole of the garden, there well secured, but theres rabbit dropping here and there Is this a problem?
