Bases Loaded, K, dropped 3rd strike?

The batter is out, no force at any base, the batter is out because of the strike out. Batters only have the chance to attempt to reach first on a dropped 3rd strike if 1st base is already empty, if 1st base is occupied then he's out with no chance of trying to get on base.
