What are the most amount of players (not including catcher/pitcher) that can be on the infield?

On Opening Day SF, they had a strategy where they sent the LF to the infield so the Cardinals had five infielders and two outfielders. What is the maximum number of players than can play on the infield besides the catcher and the pitcher?
