We scare to lost the baby again.?

My wife is pregnant for about 2weeks but suddenly yesterday she saw some spotting so she when to see the doctor and the doctor help her inject. Next week she need to go for another injection and than see the doctor. I really scare she will miscarriage cos she alreeady got 2time miscarriage exp, we have already do all type of TEST when the 1st stillborn and the doctor say everything is fine only i got a low sperm count. I know she really scare to lose this child again,so i really hope to do something for her. Any body out there can tell us what to do... Please give an real answer and god bless all the MUM...
