My dog just died after getting a shot of Cerenia?

My precious dog is lying dead in her bed after she got an injection of Cerenia, I was also given the pill form to take home. She started getting severe diarreah then she got worse the more I gave her this medicine although it stopped the pooping I know it affected her neurologically as I had that dog for ten years!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not take that drug!!!!
